Our "Babushkini" pelmeni are made by hand according to a traditional recipe. This is the only way to make the delicious dumplings as we know them from grandmother's (Babushka) kitchen. Pelmeni Babushkini are beautifully large, plump and have the typical shape where the two ends of the dough are folded together.
