Delivery information
Orders placed on working days before 16:00 will be delivered within two working days within the Netherlands. On holidays or other unexpected circumstances with the delivery service (DPD), the delivery of your order may take longer than scheduled.
We do not sell or deliver liquor to people under the age of 18. Upon delivery the delivery service will perform an 18+ check and you will therefore need to be able to identify yourself.
Within the Netherlands the delivery costs are €6.95. For purchases with a total amount over €150, - shipping is free. Outside the Netherlands the delivery charges depend on the delivery address. This amount can be found during the checkout process.
We will do everything possible to pack your order in such a way that the chance of damage is nil. If your order is still delivered damaged, we take all costs for our account.
If your order is offered damaged, you may refuse it at the door or accept it and request a replacement. Should you accept the damaged package and request a replacement bottle, you can report this by e-mail including pictures to prove that the bottle(s) were delivered damaged.
For this we would like to receive a picture of the delivered box where your order was. A picture of the packaging, if there is damage or a photo of the damaged bottle.
The bottle must be unopened (the foil on the neck is still there and the cork is unopened) and according to the photo you must be able to clearly see where the damage is.
